Scott Atkinson has a long history as a personal injury attorney and estate planning attorney in Albuquerque. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of New Mexico. His Juris Doctorate was awarded in 1989. During his time at university, Scott Atkinson served as a Case and Comment Editor for the New Mexico Law Review (1988-1989). Upon graduation, he worked for a large Albuquerque law firm before deciding to launch Atkinson Law Firm in 1995.

He holds memberships with the State Bar of New Mexico, the Colorado Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Scott Atkinson is licensed to practice in all three states, expanding his reach to help clients where they need his expertise the most.
